He had stomach operation help him control his weight gain. Since overcoming his cocaine addiction, he has become a TV host in Argentina.

he is a basketball player and has been a pro for over 8 years.his problem is his heigth he is 6-3.And that is about and avrage person.
Mohammed Ali, a heavyweight Boxer that was legend during his age. He was a genius in the ring. They even had a nickname for it and they called him "The Greatest." But as everyone knows famous people have problems. He refused to accept induction into the armed forces of Religious grounds. It also cost him millions and his Title. But he was such a great athlete that he would knock out his enemy in two minutes. He was so immune to the boxing that he would let his enemy hit him for fun. But that was a mistake. He now has a disease called Parkinsons Disease. Its a body limit that you could barely move the body much. But he is still The Greatest.

roger maris had many problems in his lif such as death threats, family threats someone called his home and told him that they were going to kidnapp his children. there was actually one time when the yankees which was his team they were playing a baseball game and they were on defence but while maris was outfield there was a fan in the stands shouting and cursing at him but he just ignored him and that made the fan even more angry the fan turned around and picked a chair n threw down towards maris's head but luckely maris moved out of the way and the fan was arrested by the police
maris also had problems with the media they would always harass him and say things about him that he never did like one time he had arrived at a game n there was a fan that asked him to sign a baseball for his nephew but it was trapp he told maris to pt a big x on the ball and when maris did that he came back he started yelling and cursing at him so that the press would turn towards him and then the next day it ended up in the news papr
the way he overcame these problems was he would always stay away from the media and he would always ignore the fans and he would just stay to himself and the team
the reason why everyone did that to him was because nobody wanted him to surpass babe ruth's homerun record for one 1 season but maris had already was so close to the record but nobody wanted him to doit the all wanted mickie matel to do but unfortantly mickie didnt

Description of the problem:HE SLIPPED IN THE CORRIDOR HE HAD INJURED HIS HIP IN HIS PROMISING CURDLED. HE HAD LOSE THE MARLINS A GAME. AFTER A LATE SEASON COMEBACK, THE METS HAD AINNOUCED THAT AN MRI EXAM REVEALED A TORN MUSCLE IN MARTINEZ LEFT CALF. THREE DAYS
LATER, THE TEAM ANNOUCED THAT MARTINEZ HAD A TORN ROTATOR CUFF. THEN HE HAD TO HAVE SURGERY.
Brief description of how this athlete overcame this adversity: HE OVERCAME THIS ADVERSITY BY DOING EVERYTHING HE HAD TO DO TO RETURN WITH FULL STRENGTH AND BY HAVING A POSTIVIE ADDITUDE ON HIMSELF.BUT THEN HE HAD RECOVERED FROM HIS CUFF AND WENT TO PLAYING BASEBALL WITH THE METS.

Alex went in to a depression of not seeing his brother but that day everything changed for Alex.

maradona was an still is a famous world renound soccer player from argentina. he is 1 of the most remeber in the soccer world. he started to play soccer at a young boy soccer team at the age of 13. from there when he was 16 they notticed his way with the ball an drafted him to the major leag soccer team. he was only 16 at the tame. so that made him the yonggest soccer play in the majors. from there he moved on became very very famous. but then in then in italy he the world was shoked when the foun out that Diego Armando Maradona was on drugs.Maradona was suspended for 15 months in 1991 after a failed doping test for cocaine. from there thing didnt get any better.then again for ephedrine during the 1994 World Cup in USA.
but then when thing coudnt get worst for this honored soccer player it did.
he retirement from professional football on 30 October 1997 he suffered ill health and weight gain, along with ongoing cocaine abuse.
However a stomach stapling operation helped control his weight gain and overcome his cocaine addiction. but now some say he is still on drugs who know if its ture or not. only he himself and god.

Summary: When he was playing for the team Barcelona he had many injuries once he twisted his knee and couldnt play for like 1 or 2 months and missed out most of the Championship La Copa America and only came for the semifinals.
